Kristian leads creative teams through strategic insights, research, ideation, articulation, prototyping and validation to deliver water tight creative and innovative solutions always focusing on the end user.With 24 years experience spanning Sydney, London and Paris, Kristian has worked at some of the world’s best creative agencies including The Monkeys, R/GA, Stink Digital and BBH on global campaigns for Nike, IKEA, Campari and Lexus. Kristian’s creative leadership and design execution has been recognised by Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, the FWA, Webby Awards and more. He regularly serves on international judging panels and is an industry mentor at Sydney's Vivid Festival.
